My friends and I loved our spacious double room equipped with all the essentials—think flat-screen TV, a comfy seating area, and coffee-making facilities for those cozy mornings. With free WiFi and a lovely restaurant on-site, we found it convenient to unwind after our daily excursions. Though our plans occasionally shifted due to early dinner timings, the food was undeniably delicious—just be mindful to plan your meals ahead! While the hotel is a bit of a distance from Blackpool International at 65 km, its location near Lancaster Castle and the serene coastline makes it worth it for those who appreciate a relaxing break. If you're an ocean lover like me, you’ll appreciate the peaceful terrace—perfect for sunrise moments with friends. The Strathmore Hotel is a delightful choice, especially for those in search of comfortable lodging that doesn’t skimp on atmosphere.
